Redesigning a luxury hospitality app isn’t about colors or buttons — it’s about transforming guest touchpoints into experiences. That was the challenge with the E-Menu platform used by Jumeirah Hotels: a system serving multiple restaurants, each with unique workflows, yet requiring one intuitive, elegant interface.

As the design strategist, I led a complete UX overhaul — simplifying the complex, aligning teams, and crafting an interface that felt natural to guests and powerful for staff.
